Where this sits in the roadmap

The portal and a verified operator directory are being built together as part of Umrī's wider ecosystem phase, alongside real pilgrim accounts. Both need to exist before any operator can actually log in and manage a group — this page exists to capture interest ahead of that, not to sign anyone up today.
